I created a strategy and playbook for information to citizens on behalf of a department of the Dutch government. In this endeavor, I collaborated closely with the management team and a design team.
This project has been an eight month research and design project where I collaborated with designers, data experts, behavioral experts and policymakers. The results were a strategy to address a specific issue for policymakers and designers in the Dutch Government. Another result was a hands on playbook for policymakers to step by step involve the right methods, sources and experts to address one specific instance of said issue.
