Data Life Journey for financial advisory services

For a well known Dutch financial advisory services organization I designed a workshop to create awareness of the value in data mining. This awareness would lead into a more in depth discovery of data nuggets and a shift in their data lake maintenance. The goal: a longer customer relationship where advisory services would sustain across the life time of the predominantly mortgage products.

Together with our Data and AI colleagues we connected on both the data level as well as development of possible new services within the organization and possible drivers for collaboration between the various organization subsidiaries.
